Oh, my where do I begin? Well, first of all we have five cats at our house. Two of our own, of course, Emma and Isabella. More specifically Emma Noel and Isabella Amore. MacKenzie brought her baby Jasmine and foster cat Zoe who is really Mallory's cat but has to live with Mac to take care of Jasmine who is, well, lets say geriatric.... you know what I mean. Then there's Baylor, dear, sweet, contented, calm, loving, darling, snuggly, cuddly Baylor. Megan and Edwin's cat. She's staying with us while they're in Texas for Christmas. The only bad thing about Baylor is she has to have meds twice a day and you have to give her two tiny pills. The procedure? Well, one person wraps her in a warm cuddly blanket, talks soothingly to her (Mac) and the the other person (me) takes a giant syringe and shoves the two pills way down the back of her throat till she gags. Guess who her favorite person is????? Anyway. All of the cats just LOVE Isabella, she the favorite you know. They come running to her whenever they can and she just loves and loves on them. They all adore her. Especially Jasmine but the others too.... enough on our babies.
Since our Bonners were in Texas I signed us up to do Christmas a.m. Cat House duties! I was so excited and when the blizzard hit I was a little pessimistic that we'd make it to 19th and Q. But, you know, my family was so optimistic. Their words were music to my ears.... "Mom! We'll make it! Let's go!!!" Yeah, especially my hubby.... so excited!!!! I love them! Anyway our adventure paid off and we made it and it's a good thing because those babies did need us! It was a fun morning. Mer made us the best Indian dinner imaginable for supper and really it was a fun Christmas... one we'll never forget, that's for sure!!! Merry Christmas! B

What a great post! this is all so very truthful, too! Well, except for the part about Baylor (even though she's a happy camper now). And the part about all the kittens loving Isabella. Oh, and the part about us being so optimistic about getting to The Cat House. HA!
